Description
This app is good for training letter sounds and shapes. Indeed it would be recommended if the letters would light up or change their colors f.e. within the exemplary words in 'words'.
Review
Alphabet for Kids is good for your child in training to recognize letters. This lite version contains letters from a to j. There are six different games: letters, words, mole game, puzzle, memory, and quiz. 'Words' is about getting to know the alphabet in lower and upper case. For each letter that is given, three words which begin with this sound. 'Letters' contains an overview of all alphabet letters. Touching one of them makes your child hear the letter sound. 'Mole game' is about the alphabetical order. Each mole has a letter from a to j on his head. Your child needs to bump on the moles heads. 'Puzzle' is about puzzling each letter shape. It is sometimes difficult to pick up the different puzzle pieces and to place them on the right spot. 'Memory' is about matching letter cards. 'Quiz' is about finding an asked letter within different words. Attention: After finishing a game or closing the app a window is opened asking you whether you want to buy the full version, other games or not now.
